All potential athletes must register at FinalForms.com, complete all electronic forms, and upload the necessary forms prior to trying out for, or participating in any way with, any RCS teams. Per RCS athletic guidelines: "All athletes participating in TSSAA sports in Rutherford County must register through FinalForms with all required forms. The birth certificate and a current physical and medical clearance are required to be uploaded to FinalForms, along with electronic signatures from the student-athlete and parent/guardian, prior to any level of participation on athletic teams including, but not limited to, tryouts and off-season conditioning."

2024-2025 CHMS TENNIS INFORMATION

Tennis Parent Meeting:

Thursday August 1 at 5:30 - CHMS Library - Enter through the main doors.

-A parent MUST attend with player

BEFORE MEETING PLEASE HAVE COMPLETED:

-A physical AFTER April 15

-All required documents in FINAL FORMS

Practices will begin Thursday August 10 at Adams Tennis Center from 5:30-7:30

Practices will continue on Tuesday and Thursday through August 24.
