Dr. Crystal Hastings
Principal
Dr. Crystal Hastings has been an educator for 24 years. This is Dr. Hastings 4th year as Principal. She also served 4 years as Assistant Principal at Christiana Middle School. Prior to coming to Christiana she taught in Williamson County and Metro Nashville Public Schools. During her teaching career she taught 9th, 10th and 12th grade English. She has a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree from Tennessee State University. She earned her Educational Specialist Degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Doctorate Degree from Tennessee State University. Dr. Hastings is strategically focused on providing a high quality educational experience for all students. Her purpose is, "To empower today's students to grasp tomorrow's opportunities." She has also taken significant interest in the Trauma Informed Classroom and restorative practices. During her free time, she loves hanging out with her husband and daughter.

Assistant Principal Lisa EzellMs. Lisa Ezell
Assistant Principal, 6th Grade
Special Ed Coordinator
Mrs. Lisa Ezell marks her thirty-fifth year as an educator in Rutherford County Schools, first as a Special Education teacher, then as an ELA teacher, dean of students and finally as an administrator at Christiana Middle School.  She earned her Bachelor's, Master's and Specialist in Education degrees from MTSU.  Mrs. Ezell and her husband have three daughters, a wonderful son-in-law, and two wonderful grandsons.  In her spare time, Mrs. Ezell loves gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
 

Assistant Principal Patrick HastyMr. Patrick Hasty
Assistant Principal, 7th and 8th Grade
This is Mr. Patrick Hasty's 8th year in education. He spent 5 years as a middle school Social Studies teacher before moving into administration in 2017, and has served as the assistant principal at Harris Middle School in Bedford County the past two and half years. He received his bachelor’s degree in history and secondary education from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership at Carson Newman University. During his time in the classroom, he served as a team and PLC leader, Head football coach, and received teacher of the year honors in 2016 at Harris Middle School.
