Notice Bowling practice changes below:
 
- No bowling practice tomorrow 1/13 due to schools being closed.

CHMS Bowling Team 2025
 
Parent Meeting for interested students is
Tuesday, December 17th in the library from 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
 
Bowling tryouts will be when we return from Winter Break on
Wednesday, January 8th at Lanes, Trains, Automobiles or LTA from 4:15 - 5:15 PM. 
 
**All student information must be updated in Final Forms with a current physical in order to tryout.
 
 
Bowling Forms and Final Forms information can be found in the menu on the right.
 
Students will not be permitted to tryout unless the following forms are submitted:
  1. RCS Permission for Clubs Form 
  2. Bowling Team Initial Letter 
  3. Two Teacher Recommendations
  4. Final Forms account setup with student information and student physical uploaded in account.
*Bowling Team contracts with expectations will be reviewed and signed if you make the team.

Required forms for tryouts below:
Registration and current physical is required in Final Forms to tryout for the CHMS Bowling team.  Please use the instructions and link below to create an account and upload the current physical prior to tryouts on Wednesday, January 8th.
