All potential athletes must register at FinalForms.com, complete all electronic forms, and upload the necessary forms prior to trying out for, or participating in any way with, any RCS teams. Per RCS athletic guidelines: "All athletes participating in TSSAA sports in Rutherford County must register through FinalForms with all required forms. The birth certificate and a current physical and medical clearance are required to be uploaded to FinalForms, along with electronic signatures from the student-athlete and parent/guardian, prior to any level of participation on athletic teams including, but not limited to, tryouts and off-season conditioning."
INFORMATION MEETING
There will be a mandatory information meeting for Cross Country held on Thursday, May 28th from 3:30 - 4:30PM in the CHMS Cafeteria. Summer workouts and tryout information will be given at this mandatory meeting. If you cannot attend, please email Coach Quinn at [email protected] for information regarding how your child can join the 2026 cross country team.
Please ensure you have all forms filled out on Final Forms* before coming to practices. Children without a cleared Final Forms account will NOT be allowed to try out without being all cleared on Final Forms.

Be sure to bring lots of water with you to practice!
In order to participate you must also have your physical up to date. For the physical, it must state that the student is cleared to participate in sports with no restrictions.
