TOA will be conducting their Pre-Participation Exams for Rutherford County student athletes on Saturday April 26. The exams will take place at the TOA location next to Ascension St. Thomas Hospital in Murfreesboro.(1800 Medical Center Parkway) Due to the low volume of participants the previous years, TOA will not send school-assigned times. They will start at 7:00 am and end at 10:30 am. We encourage you to show up early and respect the time of the doctors and staff who are donating their Saturday for RCS. Before arriving, please ensure all necessary forms are filled out and signed.
All potential athletes must register at FinalForms.com, complete all electronic forms, and upload the necessary forms prior to trying out for, or participating in any way with, any RCS teams. Per RCS athletic guidelines: "All athletes participating in TSSAA sports in Rutherford County must register through FinalForms with all required forms. The birth certificate and a current physical and medical clearance are required to be uploaded to FinalForms, along with electronic signatures from the student-athlete and parent/guardian, prior to any level of participation on athletic teams including, but not limited to, tryouts and off-season conditioning."

When: Friday, May 30th
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Where: Christiana Middle Gym
Parent meeting will be after tryouts for girls making the team!

Physicals: All athletes must have an up-to-date physical dated on or after April 15th, 2025, and uploaded to Final Forms in order to participate.
Final Forms: All athletes trying out are required to have a Final Forms account with all required forms uploaded and signed electronically by parents. This includes:
A new TSSAA physical for the 2025 - 2026 season must be completed on or after April 15, 2025, and signed by a Doctor. The entire TSSAA physical packet should be completed and uploaded into Final Forms before tryouts.
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE COMPLETED AND ENTERED INTO FINAL FORMS BEFORE THE START OF TRYOUTS OR YOUR DAUGHTER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRY OUT.
