Hi. I'm Coach Sarah Bransford. This quarter I will be teaching the Wellness class. In this class students will focus on learning the importance of physical activity and fitness for a lifetime. They will participate in a physical fitness test and engage in fitness workouts to help improve on their current level of fitness. I'm excited to work with your child and watch them learn and grow to love physical fitness.
Expectations- Bring a positive attitude and come prepared to learn and workout.
- M,W,F are workout days. Students are expected to be dressed out in athletic type clothing.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are Instruction Days.
Goals- We will be doing a physical fitness test which consists of sit-ups, push-ups, and pacer test. Students will record their data. We will retake the fitness test at the end of the quarter. Our goal is to see improvement from the first test.
