Mrs. Bobo's Bio

 

Welcome Christiana Family!

 

My name is Melissa Bobo and I am new to cougar nation this school year. This is my 4th year as a school counselor and I am so excited to be here! 

 

I am originally from the Bay Area (California) and I have lived here in TN for 8 years. I received a Bachelors Degree in Communication from UCSD (University of California, San Diego) and my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from MTSU. Counseling is truly my passion and I love helping people--especially my students!

 

I am happily married to my husband Brandon and I am a bonus mom to a 4th grade boy! We have 3 cats and a corgi puppy and live in Murfreesboro. I love hiking with my husband, cooking & baking, swimming with my stepson or watching his baseball games, and playing with my dog. 

 

I am also the assistant Basketball Cheer coach and I am so excited for our season. 

I am looking forward to meeting you and being your support person for anything you need!
